How to apply for More Bytes :
1. Send a mail to morebytes@symbios.in with your userid (Eg: KOH-SCLX1234 or DMP-SCLX1234) and username and the top-up required. Our customer care team will call you to validate your request. Speed will be reset upon validation.
2. The amount of top up plan has to be paid in advance.
3. The data transfer allowed by virtue of purchase of top up plan will NOT be carried forward to next billing cycle. The top up plan will be valid only till the last day of the billing cycle as per your bill plan and payment mode.
4. Service Tax @ 12.36 % is applicable on the topup plan rates.

 

 

 

 

Terms & Conditions
 
  1. Minimum hire period is 3 months. Disconnections will not be allowed in this period.
  2. Bandwidth Speed indicated is the speed up to our ISP node.
  3. Data Transfer Limit is a total of upload and download data transfer.
  4. Data Transfer Limit cannot be carried forward to next billing cycle.
  5. Security Deposit equivalent to one month rental is applicable on every plan.
